A residential consultation usually takes around two hours at which time we discuss any problems I can identify, how they may affect you and what you would like to achieve from the consultation. When advising on rental properties and for buyers, the consultation is generally much shorter. Our consultations are followed by a full written report detailing the issues within your home, the effects they may be having in your life and how we can rectify them. We also offer our clients unlimited follow up advice on the same property. At Contemporary Feng Shui our recommendations are generally simple and straight forward, yet powerful. We work with our clients to find a solution that will not only be effective but also fit in with you budget and décor.
