Greetings!

Pauline ElphinstoneIt’s been a long chilly winter down south and it’s even a bit chilly in the far north, so it’s a great relief to most that spring is finally here.

Spring Clean!

Spring’s a great time to get things moving. Action stimulating wood element is the predominant energy of the season, which is why so many of us feel the need to make changes in our lives. On that note, to help things along, why not start off with a good old-fashioned spring clean.

Ours is a consumer society. Throughout the year we continue to buy things for ourselves, for our homes and for each other, slowly but surely filling up our homes with clutter. Before you know it, you can’t find things you need, you start things that never get finished and generally suffer from muddle-headedness.

A good way to avoid these clutter-related symptoms is to get rid of something old each time you bring home something new. This is one way to maintain the balance. If that seems impossible however, try to have a good clean out at least a couple of times a year.

You will physically notice the difference and enjoy the new feeling of freedom and lightness. You’ll wonder why you didn’t do it years ago!

Feng Shui Assessment

Do you need some help with energy in your home? Do you feel like you need some professional advice to help you create a change in your life?

During a Feng Shui assessment, I can show you the areas of your life and home that are congested and not flowing as smoothly as they should be. I can also suggest the best ways to help you to remedy the situation and to get things moving again.

If you answered yes to the above questions, call me for a chat. I’d be happy to help.
