What's New
Spring is here and I for one am enjoying the warmer weather. Yes, even here in Cairns we had a bit of a cold snap, albeit briefly.
It’s been a bit of a hectic couple of months. We’ve sold our house and moved as well as held workshops in Cairns and Brisbane. I’ve also done a few road trips to Townsville, the Atherton Tablelands to visit some new clients. I’m now looking forward to a bit of time off, with my upcoming trip to China and Hong Kong.

Three Major Things That Have An Influence On Our Lives
This month I would like to share with you something of current personal significance.
There are three major things that have an influence on our lives.
- Heaven Luck is loosely translated as ‘timing’ or ‘destiny’ and can be related to astrology.
- Man Luck is what we make happen in our lives, positive action and motivation.
- Earth Luck is controlled by the energy flow of a given place. This is also known as Feng Shui.
We have no control over Heaven Luck but if we employ positive action to achieve our goals and have good Feng Shui to allow positive qi and opportunities to reach us, then we are in a position to take advantage of the good times and lessen the impact of the bad times.
Which brings me to my point: the place we live has a big impact on our lives. When you move to a new place, your luck will change. It may be for the better or it may be for worse, but because your new residence differs from the old in so many ways, inevitably, change happens.
You don’t have to pack your bags and move to get things moving though. An old Chinese proverb says that if you want to affect change in your life, move 27 things in your home. Be warned however, it might not be a change for the better, so be prepared to change them back.
